Managers do not value individuals' talents. If you do good, then "JUST OK", if you do bad, that means "YOU ARE NOT LIABLE TO WORK IN THE INDUSTRY".

Everything, They do not even offer standard 30% hike to the new joiners. Even after setting and telling the expectations, the interviews goes on regardless of everything. Wasting our time and offering 1 lakh more than our current CTC. Comparing their pay grade with MNCs like IBM. You stand no where near them dear Acquara. Please stop this chindi chori. The senior management does not even justify their designation. The way they talk, the way they interview. Pathetic experience.
