DISCLAIMER : I did NOT work here but I wanted to share my experience with how the interview was conducted. This is NOT a review of their design services. The interview took place in 3 stages :- 1- Screening through phone call - where I was asked basic interview questions. 2- Software Test - This involved an extensive test where I was asked to do test fit for an office interior of approx. 17,200 sqft in Autocad, along with a 2 rendered 3d views and a photoshop sheet presentation of the same. I was given approx. 24 hours or less to do this. 3- Interview Round - I was interviewed by Abhik Roy , Atish Kumar and Varshaa S A online. I was asked to switch my video but they were not bothered to. The entire interview was extremely negative to say the least. I was not contacted after the interview to be informed if I was rejected. I had to assume.

Let me give you my opinion on the entire interview process because I have never seen a professional organisation conduct interviews as badly as they did. 1- The screening was normal, I spoke to Varshaa about my expectations and where I live etc.I felt she was professional and cordial during the entire conversation. 2- I have given software tests to firms before and have also been selected through them but this was the only one where I was asked to do ridiculously large amount of work as part of a mere screening process. No person should be asked to take an entire day's worth of their time to do huge amount of work for a firm that might not even hire them. 3- The interview was where I noticed multiple red flags. It started off with me being asked to have my video on, when none of the 3 people bothered to switch it on which I felt was unprofessional. Initially, I talked about myself then immediately after they said they don't have enough time and told me to list down all the wrong things I found in my software test design. This was followed by them wanting me to list my weakness. After which they asked me technical questions from the NBC and basic fire safety norms which I thought was the only normal conversation in the entire interview. Finally, the interview ended with them telling me that they know only of my weakness now and not any strengths.
