1st and foremost thing is we have zero micromanagement. The work environment is very employee-friendly. Our management team cares for us very much, and even for WFH, they even provided funds for tables, chairs, and the internet. And regarding career growth and opportunities we have direct interactions with clients and the onsite teams which helps us to learn more and explore ourselves. We are recognized with awards and rewards whenever we achieve some milestone that keeps us running more and more. Even before lockdown, we have WFM options that help us in work-life balance. Our fun and outdoor activities are something beyond our expectations. As our CFO says "WORK FOR LIVING, DON'T LIVE FOR WORK" is what we love the most. Overall I Love my company and this is a family more than a team.

This organization has great work culture and a very collaborative team. We get opportunities to grow and our efforts are recognized timely. Emphasis on work-life balance is high here and it helps build a trustworthy, productive and loyal employee base. Any communication or decision being made is transparent and in goodwill of the employees. It is very satisfactory and fun-filled to work with this company.

Dislikes

As we are small company, the hierarchy is not fully defined in some cases, which leads to few delays in decision making. This has been brought to the managements notice and we have a certain hierarchy being followed now. Slowly and steadily we are growing and improving !!

The work culture here is devoid of any micro management. The working hours are completely flexible with no fixed working hours. All the company policies are set keeping in mind the betterment of the employees. Frequent team outings and team engagement activities help us to maintain a great work life balance.

Dislikes

Looking forward to have a bigger team, enabling more interaction among peers. Would like to have more onsite and travel opportunities.

It's been a great journey of building the company completely bootstrapped from the 2 person team to where we are today in 2021. We have been very clear in all our activities from hiring great talent to maintaining precision deliveries. Now that is possible because of all the stake holders in the company who have been travelling with us together. We follow a Mentoring Model over a Hierarchy based Management model with clear expectations from everyone to uplift the values of the company. First thing I would like to tell is we have zero micro management. Stress free work environment. Develops Positive Company culture.We always put people first. we work as a team. But instead of using " Team" I can say we are more like a family. They take care of the employees in a Very best manner. They provide us the support whenever required. Even if we are not asking also we used to get the support. Overall I can say it is an Excellent company to work.
