... I know sales is a tough job. But these people make that tough job to toxic one. All matters to them is money you bring through sales and they don't pay you properly. Even after you finish your internship also if you're looking for a full time they won't pay you the same that mentioned in offer letter. Instead they'll change it to lesser one only. If you wanted to know how stupid is this company just check "Ambition box" a portal for corporate companies work environment reviews. So there will be some genuine more than 100 reviews, where in here these people can edit or delete google reviews but in there these people cannot. Only positive thing in Acmegrade is their workspace and building with great interior. But the people out there are toxic. Not a good place to work at all instead of this you can work in a call center and get paid well. If you're college is bringing this one as a campus placement it's just a stupid move. Acmegrade is just good for stealing one's owned hardwork. Just screw them and their stupid company. And yes these people ask your original documents to submit at first and later blackmail you if you wanted to leave. They don't even return your documents that easily again. Just be aware of Acmegrade.

-If you want to improve your skills in sales and marketing then this is the best place to start. -The management is very supporting and motivates you to push more. -The office is decent and well equipped. -Before every week off there is a sports activity -Seniors are strict by profession but very supporting - Its a complete sales job

-The salary is performance based -The pressure for sales is quite headache as an fresher out from college. -Some employees are rude in profession -no weekoff on Saturday and Sunday for obvious reasons. - completely performance based salary - after sometime the job gets boring because of same routine in sales , there is no growth. -have to complete the daily target's of sales - company believe in hierarchy.

I had resigned on Feb month 2023 and I worked here from dec 2022 and I got Jan salary but I still I didn't get my Feb month salary even I'm approaching to the company people still no one responding. Such a fake company. There is no respect for the employees. Work culture is not good. Lot pressure. Worst timing 12 to nyt 9.00 but it might go 9.30 or 10.00 also. Even they won't leave girls. They don't even think how the girls will go at night 10.00pm. I don't recommend to join in this. Career will spoil if anyone join in this company.

...lp and appreciate for your performance. There are no layoffs, 100% job security. In terms of salary they'll provide you the best according to industry standards.

There's nothing to dislike about the company but yeah they are bit strict about the work hours.
