Salary Expectations

I am a Social Media Specialist with over 4 years of experience and was earning around 4.5 LPA in my previous role. When I joined my current organization, I discovered that my manager, with just 2.5 years of work experience, was earning a compensation of 7.6 -8.2 LPA (approx). This was quite surprising to me, and it made me question the market standards. I am currently looking to switch roles and, based on my research through Glassdoor and other sources, I am expecting a package of 7-8 LPA. However, many HRs I’ve spoken to feel that even 6 LPA is too high. What should be the ideal salary expectation for someone with my experience in the current market?

Dislikes

No proper HR policy. No culture of working. Pathetic salary and appraisal. Typical Lala company.

They don't have tally proper for billing. We make invoices on anydesk there are so many problems on anydesk some time network not working sometime tally become slow there are the person but tally is single user so many problems terrible experience
