Salary comes at time and you have freedom to do things with seniors and learn.

Dislikes

Management is not good in my site. They put too much pressure on us. They compel us to deal with people above our skill level. We have to fight a lot for vacation days. Overall company is good for beginners to learn but not for experienced people.

1. Very good compensation and bonus 2. Agressive and Dynamic company 3. Growth is very good if recognized by top mangement. 4. 5 days working. 5. Gives space to take your own decisions

1. Always there is a fear of loosing the job. 2. Top position Bosses changes very frequently. 3. No inclination towards employee skill development or training. 4. No power to HR. HR only does paperwork formalities. 5. No recreation or yearly team development activities.
