Acme is one of the fast growing company in renewable energy, nearly 2.3 GW is commissioned & 500+ under construction.Regarding growth,learning,wo4k environment every thing is good,here am earning less salary this is only one reason to me for job change....if i change the company i get best hike ...thats it.if i get best package in this only i work continuously in this organization only.

Compensation is decent , but growth is slow , the work pressure is very High. Sometimes I have to work 10 to 12 hours.
