Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

Dislikes

They never respond on mail and if they have promised for 40000 salary at the time of joining but they will give you 35000. If you ask about it they will not respond. Very bad company they will never give you increments.

Company is having good clients, but when it comes to payment it will get delayed to credit salary, learning and skill development any body can learn from scratch to master level . Most of the time HR won't respond for our queries that should be improve.

the company gives opportunity to freshers or the people haveing less experience
