Nothing. I am missing that time when i was worked there, i am again interested to working with ACL

Work life and personal life balance. Supportive team members, team leader and manager. Opportunity to grow professionally and technically. Getting all types of allowance in time.

Salary Increment is not that much good.

I was in support team, I don't remember anything like that. Because of, the environment that is developed by head of support team was so terrible and full of panic.

The Head of support team don't give respect to any one in team.Reason, may be he did not get respect and value from his superior.

First thing ACL Mobile is in Noida! There is hardly anything except i had some good associates in my team. Also support from finance. Rest is not worth mentioning.

Dislikes

Terrible work culture. Poor HR system. Poor support system. Top management has compeletly sold out ears to certain managers forever! Not a bad guy either but poor professional himself.
