Nothing it all depends on the client side if you got good project otherwise it's difficult.

Unprofessional is their core strength, they promise you the salary at the time of interview but don't fulfill that ,I have follow them atleast for 15 months no response ,they will give you designation change & responsibilities but will not have salary revision. They can anytime revok the emails which made by management and you will feel trap in this company .....NEVER EVER JOIN THIS GROUP

I worked at client location, hence nothing did I see apart from getting monthly salary.

They do not have sufficient clients so job security is a big big problem. They can ask you to resign on a very short notice. Account managers are not well trained to deal tough situations.

They offer industry standard salary , and have reputed business partners

Though have reputed business partners but have seen due to lack of no. projects , they lay off as n when required all of sudden and have no plans for employees .

...cember and without any project they laid off just in 1 months, no notice period. Salary also deducted with no reason. No compensation as company is not able to bring project.
