...ine have high micromanaging, Low Work Life balance. No visibility for your work. Low Salary Rude Managers who can take WFH/Leaves but do not approve their Reportees leaves Habit of dumping work on juniors and highlighting themselves.

Vaun dua owner of ACKO very insensitive, rude, unsympathetic reluctant to not pay their employees salary. And they are in market as claim payers.

Will you guys not believe me when an X-employee is giving an insight reveals. They don't pay their employees salary. Imagine they are claim payers in market. They don't reply to my post in which I tag ACKO publicly on Twitter and FB and on insta even on Vrun dua's personal whats up. These behavior of ACKO drives shame and insecurities of ppl investing their money in ACKO also it build insecurities to the investors of ACKO if their money is safe? Paisa doobeyga toh nahi? Is Acko filling bankruptcy that they are running short of money that they don't pay their employees their own customers. Here is the link plz chk your self Varun dua Acko owner himself said he had no money to pay his employees this link on Utube says 7months ago and my salary due is 6 months ago August last year. I'm unable to paste the link you guys can type sharktank prep Varun Dua on Utube and will find it. In case this clip is taken off do reach me I will share this video. Now imagine a company who doesn't have sufficient funds to pay their employees 🤔 do give it a thought before you guys get your money stuck.

Poor leadership team. No coaching, mentorship. Poor processes for product development. Favouritism in teams. Making false promises to employees to make them stay, but do not fulfil promises.

Acko gave work from home balancing my job with good salary and incentive package.

Acko asked to come from Mumbai to Bangalore to work after giving permanent work from home opportunity and that was not expected from a reputable company.

Some of the leaders in Acko brings the culture of favouritism and lobbying, if you are not someone who gets involve with your immediate leader then you are not safe, let the work speak kind of person is not a good fit here, if you are good at diplomacy you will flourish here at Acko although you seem to low in technical skills as Software Engineer.
