Managers de motivates employees alot ,everyday meetings ,no motivational, no respect for employee n mental torture ,salary is good but wt about mental health and happiness they always force us to quit n then when we apply for job in other places other company talk about stability

People over here work for years and get hike of 1000 bucks and you to extend your shift timing along with that the appraisal parameters are so high that nobody can achieve.

-no work life balance -no hike -hiring and firing -no leaves even if there is leave in your bucket

Acko gave work from home balancing my job with good salary and incentive package.

Dislikes

Acko asked to come from Mumbai to Bangalore to work after giving permanent work from home opportunity and that was not expected from a reputable company.

Some of the leaders in Acko brings the culture of favouritism and lobbying, if you are not someone who gets involve with your immediate leader then you are not safe, let the work speak kind of person is not a good fit here, if you are good at diplomacy you will flourish here at Acko although you seem to low in technical skills as Software Engineer.

...Immature leadership specially in Embedded LOB needs to be changed immediately. Leaders are a joke and they hamper the BAU in order to justify their 1cr package.

Dislikes

Everything is worth dislike. Leadership (Director Level) people engage in petty politics and flirt with female employees. They have been continuously failing to prove their competence yet the senior leadership is oblivious of the failures. Acko is a ship destined to drown.
