The company is one of the big companies in Kuwait. But no opportunity for career growth.

Dislikes

No appreciations, No career growth and lots of gossips. I have been evaluated unfairly as per their new structure, my job title has been changed from HR Generalist to Factory Admin II without my acceptance as my role will be only in the administration. That was very ridiculous
