Very few people were helpful, especially the staffs. But higher management people are incompetent of making constructive decision about projects.

Dislikes

Authoritarian stressful environment, No over-work pays, no increments, no interesting brain-storming projects, no distinguisable role between developer and sales executive. Same person is responsible for both the job.
