No proper promotion guidelines No appreciation for any work. Late salary every month 20th. COVID time 6 months no salary. No DA hike from past 6 years. No increment every year. HoD of department worst , just fill their stomach only not others. Lot of bias based on religion.

Likes

...r misses classes or irregular or unpunctual. Career growth is hardly known here. Salary is very low. Politics is heavy. Work environment is not the consideration. Work 6 days a week and no time is left for family or friends.

...the payment comes after 20 ... Also sometimes we were paid once in three months. They deduct one or two days salary unnecessary, and if you protest they concoct a false allegation saying that day you were late for class, or you left early. Also once you enter the institution you cannot leave before one academic session or else the will not pay you for two months (which is very easy on their part as their salary is always delayed).

Dislikes

Everything!!!! Students and teachers both regretted being associated with this organization. No career and growth opportunities.

Very poor management, also not paying proper salary. Deducting salary for their self declared holidays too. It's hard to work there by putting hopes on salary. Also there is no security for job.

They take lot of work and pay very less. Salary is untimely, cannot rely on time salary. HR is very rude. No respect as a teacher. Work life balance is not good. No promotion and hikes
