I like the way company treats their employes. The working environment is good. When you enter the company you will feel Positive. The cleaniness is up to the mark. Here are lot of things related my field to learn.

...you are in contract basis that like I am right now you won't get paid holidays. Salary will be deducted if you take a leave. And second and most important thing company should take initiative for employes who are capabal and working so long in company to take the on roll or permanent or atlest increase in Salary by the working period.

good to learn politics and excel and manipulate data. good for retirement.

...ime for personal life, hr is not asking manager for employee work life balance. operator salary is more than engineer. operator doing bhaigiri sometimes, still hr not taking action. hr team is completely useless, no career plan for employe, taking decsion based on operation head and no indepent descion making. corporate team must take anonyms feedback from employee for reality check. thnks production engineer and technician

New joined are all on fixed term contract, have started reducing pay scales and over all medium risk for job security. HR policies are good only on paper, currently company is good only to start your career but not for long term future growth.

Open culture and customer centric approach. Looking to match with global standards.

Dislikes

Late promotions and salary criteria like CAMPA ratio for long term employees. Outside people are hired at top position which indicates neglegiance to old employees for opportunities. This sends wrong message in team.
