Operators are behaving like groupism and are always against mnagement. Sandip pwar thinks he is bhai of ACG. Sawant is god. AandC operator is doing gundagiri with juniors. HR is ignoring all this evan after all complains. Girish HR head is useless, no function, celebration , activity in company. operarot and manegement staff no one is participating. complete flop show. union leader is giving overtime to favorite persons by forcing engineers, no work is done in overtime. only timepas and enjoy. operators is staring at girls and outsiders all time. and giving cheap comment also. HR is coming to factory 1 time in 1 month. Hr shoukd take action, operator are not listen to HR also. hr is failure in company. complete gundagiri by all operator using bad words and giving dhamki and shouting to manager. they dont have manner. only few operator are good. HR doing only sawant saheb saheb. savant doing all politics and not keeping good workig culture. many person lost job because of him. food is so bad quality after 100 complain also no action. tea is only brown colour sugar water. please improve company culture,

...ime for personal life, hr is not asking manager for employee work life balance. operator salary is more than engineer. operator doing bhaigiri sometimes, still hr not taking action. hr team is completely useless, no career plan for employe, taking decsion based on operation head and no indepent descion making. corporate team must take anonyms feedback from employee for reality check. thnks production engineer and technician

I like the way company treats their employes. The working environment is good. When you enter the company you will feel Positive. The cleaniness is up to the mark. Here are lot of things related my field to learn.

...you are in contract basis that like I am right now you won't get paid holidays. Salary will be deducted if you take a leave. And second and most important thing company should take initiative for employes who are capabal and working so long in company to take the on roll or permanent or atlest increase in Salary by the working period.
