I have been working with this company for 3years of my career , infact I started my career as a firmware engineer from this company it self , people are very friendly and helpful , dedicated to work too , even senior and higher level people make you comfortable and understand your problem and help improving them, rather then showing your your faults and problem .

In my 3 years of career , i never had any issue , in fact and lots of improvement were seen , either related infra , management, facilities for employees betterment

Great exposure to projects with the latest industry standards, hands-on work with all kinds of electronic measurement tools and equipment, and new learnings every day. With Saturdays becoming a non-working day now, so the work culture has become more employee-friendly. One of the best place to start a career for a fresher and also one of the best place to get exposure to the newest technologies. One will get an opportunity to take responsibility and drive the complete project right from architecture to finished prototype, readyto be delivered for manufacturing.

Dislikes

The workload is generally always high and one has to work on multiple projects at a time. However, that is also one of the pros of the company, depending on how a person looks at it.

Looking from a Freshers perspective, its a good company with good project to work on , Good mentor and seniors provide feedback for the work. Good to work on the tech

Sometimes the work gets monotonous Long working hours if the project is near deadline
