Worst company i have seen in my life. They don't know proper requirements from client, just hire people who comes for less salary and tells client about employee having more experience. I was from testing side and they told to client that I can work on dev and testing for 2 moths client used me for testing after that they said to work on dev which I don't have any idea, when I reached out to acesoft HR they are like learn and work. They hired me with 2 years experience and said client i have 5 years exp in which their expectations was more on dev team, very very hard to survive. When they released the offer HR said full time employment, notice period and all the details. And hired me for Veritas after 5 months one day they called and said contract was over (they never mentioned anythingon the conversation/ offer ) about this. When I asked them i am not aware, they said Veritas contract was over so leave the company. There's no notice period There's no proper communication Worst company to work.

As far as the project and location its very good .

There is no yearly meeting with on site engineers There is no get together or lunch or Dinner sponsored by Acesoft There is no session from HR to take feedback There is not awards or facilitation for good performance The Mediclaim amount is very high

Timesheets deadlines are like hell, should be submitted and get approval on last working day of every month, leaves are very less and no benefits including insurance, no festival surprises and gifts.
