Company is great to start your journey as a corporate. Lovely peers, and when I say peers, I am referring to the senior management, the CSO, the CFO, the CIO, Business Heads, Vertical heads, to work with. An experience worth keeping close to your heart. I have learnt a lot, the open door policy around here has been the best attribute of the company. Learning experience is great! Almost you will get to learn every aspect of the business. Confused about Salary negotiations

CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?
