It’s a very small firm with minimal employees. No employee benefits. Salary is not given as mentioned in the pay slip. The team leads are not professional. The tool which they are using for work purposes is not built completely. Not many opportunities are available for growth in career. No organisation in the work.

Manager and a few team mates are quite supportive. Training given was exceptional.

Dislikes

Salary and employee benefits are no good. If anybody asks, I would never recommend this organisation to anyone. They (senior management and HR) do not stick to their word and expect employees to devote their time and energy. I did notice favouritism from the manager's end as well. They are anything but professionals. Overall, it was a horrible experience, I regret joining this organisation at all.

Work from home is good and training is excellent.

...in every interview certain survey questions I will have to ask the ex-employees. When it came to reality, I had to ask 28, 32, 43, 56 survey questions depending on the campaign and moreover if the employees are non-corporate employees who are related to field work then those survey questions needs to be explained in hindi again which ultimately results in soooooooooooooo less pay in return. What about the TOS(Time on System), the employee doesn't answer the call at times, if the call gets answered even he or she asks you to call back. So what about the efforts, which I am putting in the job to connect with the employee to start the ultimate interview. The tool is soooooooooo unhandy and the support is so bad. Only 1 or 2 technical people are available for technical glitches. Acengage completely drains the life out of you and pay EXTREMELY LESS in return. The company tells you Saturday and Sunday are off but to finish the target the employees login during weekends even.

...ndia, they started firing their employees. And you never know when is your turn. There is absolutely no job security and the salary structure is not very clear and not organized at all. There is lot of discrepancies in the variable pay which they may not disclose at the beginning.
