...agement is transparent .there is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chiilig.company policies are good,appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn't address our issues.salary is decent but career growth is slow.there is a bond of 2 years before which you cannot resign.on the job training is not given to new joineers

...CTC. Diwali bonus deducting our CTC this money will get exact Diwali day only. Increment: Appraisal filling time March but hike salary will get October or November (some will get December) For exit time HR people behaving like vulture. If you want early exit then we have to pay off full salary and GST service charge around 20%. The settlement time is last month of notice period will get after 45 days with deduction of GST charges

This is not good place to do for work.i hope.They won't consider leaves. They will deduct salary only. Leave policies company policies too bad

There is lot of politics, There is no coordination between Core detp, HR dept & Management, Worst HR policies, fake commitments. Management doesn't address our issues. Please think once before joining.

No job security, here no HR department. All responsibilities in Executive director hand. HR people don't know English and don't know how to to interact to employees. Company policies varring person to person.
