...gement is transparent. There is a huge cafeteria and gaming arcade for chilling. Company policies are good, appraisals are fair and they give good salary hike and bonus every year.

There is a lot of politics and the management doesn’t address our issues. Salary is decent but career growth is slow.

We can get salary on date with out any delay. My role timing is shift incharge, rotational shift timings so you can cover any personnel work other time. Increments are only recommended base, not as per the work and talent base.

There is nothing to explore new things. Higher management is good, but middle level management is very bad, too much politics.

The Management's views on increasing productivity and work culture are excellent. The Management gives the highest priority to the accountability of the employees, who have a hard-working nature, the company is excellent in all aspects.
