I am good even company is good I am not good as it is company has take rules and regulations. So many workers break the rules. Even company has strictly punished.so workers say company is not good

...erson oriented for smooth running of business. Work-life balance should improve. Salary appraisal policies employee performance measurement policies are extremely ridiculous.

Employee treatment is good,Well cultured top management,Friendly team-mates,they have a good morning practices like prayer and exercise,Technically sound top management let employees to get exposure to all the departments for learning, best company to become a around player both in mechanical and Electrical. The best part in company is CEO and MD of the company, will have interaction with all the employees regardless of position and be a part of solution to employees problems. Definitely speaking with CEO will bring WOW feeling in employee.(Technically a monster)

Nothing will be on time for employees except monthly salary. Hectic waiting for promotions and salary increments.
