I joined the company in October 2022. 1 thing would like to share that HR is very supportive here. The way they talk to us is really appreciated. They give solutions for all the problems. And they celebrate all the festivals in the company else big or small. They celebrate all the little things for us. Will give 5 out of 5 only for HR.

Some work load not overburden. But it’ll be good for us in future if we take load of work.

Company's environment and freedom of working, Simplicity of Directors as they are reachable even to the smallest and newest person in the company. Immediate boss is unmatchable he is taking care of each employee and also balancing the professional life.

The Uber section is not good no support from manager horrible manager behaviour job is not secure you can’t complain about manager to anyone

Nothing is organized. Accounts department is good. Learning opportunities are meagre since people sitting at top would not allow you freedom of expression, freedom of learning, one of the office does not even have an in-house toilet. Even the smallest decision is supposed to be brought to the attention of MDs. No company sponsored learning programme or study policy. Professional development cannot happen there. Culture is not even domestic organization type, it's more of Lala type companies. You can be duped by the consultants as they may present a different picture while hiring you but it will turn out completely different!!! Bonuses can be cancelled at any time. People who are working there can't even switch to other companies as they have multiple contacts and you may remain stuck there for good amount of time...
