No job security Work culture is worst, if you do your work you ll not be stop by others to do. Poor management. Lack of resources. Company policies are very bad.

N numbers of unskilled people over there. No one have any knowledge regarding manufacturing process. Managers have ego and attitude problem even tough they don't have proper knowledge on relevant work. You are with your own if you have anything assign for. Hike is low. They have always budget problem.

It is a great feeling to work here .environment is good . basically an indo- Israeli based company
