You will get overall working experience of a company / orgnaisation. Open environment for working. You have access to all the things so one can learn anything from Shop Floor to Sales. Exhibition participation gives you chance to explore new things.

Dislikes

Low Wages/Salary, No Work Life Balace, Timings are bad In-Time is fixed there is late mark and pay-cut if you are late but there is no fixed out-time you have to work even after office hours and you won't get paid for the extra hours.
