New Job, Higher Pay, Now I’m Feeling Awkward

I’ve been at my new job for about six months now, and everything’s been going great! I’m getting positive feedback from my manager, and I get along well with the team. The thing is, when I started, my salary offer ended up being much higher than the initial number discussed during my interview. I didn’t negotiate and just accepted the offer. Nothing ,very toxics environment , specially in purchase department. Boss always working for himself ,not for team. HRM is always ready for issuing warning letter.

Dislikes

Everything , HR , Admin -"one word only for this organization"- if you are going for salary 50k or above-You always on most wanted list , always impose every problem on shoulder in your department. HR leady(Mrs.Hittler) is very arrogant leady , so take decision on 10 -15 time after thinking "Ishwar ki krupa ha ki , i am safe"
