I worked in a ace hospital as a staff nurse doctor puneet is very caring person towards there patient .....every staff is very much cooprative MS of the hospital is very nice and very cooperative towards the staff

For freshers and doctors or candidates without any experience it is a good place to learn. Especially learn what not to do in your personal practice or in your next job. There is a strict environment for learning like a school. So you get to learn a lot.

Work culture is terrible, hardly any scope for personal growth in terms of increment, no recognition for your good work . But you will get an earful for your slightest mistakes. No matter how much you do and how many efforts you give to the hospital they won't acknowledge it. They have very poor judgement criteria for the employees, those who give maximum efforts will get the least acknowledgement from the management and those who have hardly any skills will get all sorts of benefits.
