There is jo training at all, all you need to do is learn on yourself and after that also you'll be blamed to not learn properly, this is every single engineers opinion. You won't get any professional documents , the CTO and CEO , will delay that for days, months and even years. You'll assigned a task that's not in your job role when you're about to leave and then accused for not doing it on time. You have to sit the whole working Hurd in the office regardless of you have the work to do or not and your every minutes of the break are counted and even you'll be interrogated for why you spend 5 min in the washroom also.

When I was there my TL and coworkers was awesome so me including new joiners grasp work easily and in few months I started working admin level activities but after all good efforts and quick learner there is no appreciation no appraisal, even there is no proper training pattern. They will hire u for good profiles like cloud engineer but they will give u the backup work only to perform as they don't have any other work. After doing awesome work two n half year even without appreciation the patience of mine and other employees broked we all resigned one after one and right now there is not even a good coworker and TL to support.

I will never recommend to even my enemy to go there. There is no hirarchy of management even there is no HR from last two years. They hire HR for temporary basis for one or two months. There is no other benifits provided from company. When u will meet first to the boss u will be like he must be very knowledgeable and understandable persons who have grown from root so can understand the problems of his office but everyone saw that mainly boy or man will face once in there work life that the boss scold the person with accusing and bad language You will get chance to work on Backup tool only and u have to handle customers directly on calls and at the time u resign the boss started pretending like u have asked his kidney he will find evry possible even impossible things to tount u.

There are many learning opportunities if you are entering as a fresher but work life balance is average...6 days working with rotational shifts here you can learn pressure handling that is must in Pvt Sector Jobs. Alternate Saturday Lunch is provided by company.

Lack of facilities for employees. No on job training for freshers seniors will guide you step by step.

For a fresher nothing better than that, lot n lot to learn and get ready to launch in industry. What else a fresher need.

Nothing much but in a positive way, it will be a high school for fresher to get ready to face horrible corporate world
