Working with Ex Manager Mr. Rakesh was helpful with needed guidance and postive environment to work with. I would rate 4/5 working under his supervision.

Dislikes

It is good to gain experience, but learning new wasn't initiated there they wasn't anyone to mentor and guide to take things further. People learn with guidance not by self is what I believe in. I being a quick learner didn't get any support from my senior collegues nor the management which dissapointed me working with ACE Academy. Lastly I would like to add on layoffs were without any intimation or notice period. I was one of them who had undergone that sudden shock on a casual working day at ACE. Which gave us no time to adjust or look for other opportunities. Bonus mentioned in the Offer letter was also not payed. Working in such an unorganised company needs to be thought off in future for the new joiners to come.
