ACD is good in Design and development. Company has a separate division for R&D who work continuously for new product development. Appreciated by Prime Minister of India for Indigenous development of various Defence products. Trying to expand the services to various fields like Information Technology, Telecom etc.,

Dislikes

...given least preference by the management even in certain essential conditions. There are no benefits other than salary. No OT, no Comp off, nothing. Management is always prioritize profits over employees. Management act like they care for employees but in reality it is always the other way.
