-Good for freshers to gain some knowledge (upto 2 years only)

Dislikes

-No Proper HR Policies -Increment is based on your buttering skills not on your knowledge and work skills. -No proper rules and regulations (For some department Lunch Break is same as the lunch break of SBI)

Very bad company. In india company located at ahmedabad but not any where found address. Indian branch manager have not sense of humor How to talk with employee, any time change company rules and they not runnig company they running factory and work with employee like labour. Personally suggested please not consider this one as a company it it is factory.

Hello, Current offer from CG - Total 21.5L, fixed as 19.4 and rest bonus Retention offer from Deloitte - Total 19.1, fixed as 15.5 and rest bonus (4L) I understand the offer is less but my manager explained that Deloitte's hikes are better in the market and on an average, I can get 15% every year with good performance. The same hikes in CG are around 5-6% so financially, my salary growth will definitely be more in Deloitte. Please give me suggestions.
