Commenting on clothings Intrusion in personal lives Discussing boyfriends or love interests I have no idea how this company is even existing in the market! Prashant, Shame on you! Karma will catch up with you one way or other!!!

...s here to learning and growing purpose. 2. No any rules and regulations here. 3. If you are in probation period then these people using whole month, after completion of month they won't provide salary. 4. Poor work culture. 5. No fixed date for releasing the salary. 6. Whole management is worst. No any cooperation between employees and management. 7. There is so many work pressure. 8. Requirement and clients both are not good. 9. Here there is no proper feedback from client side. 10. Here there is no proper leave rules.

I like that people understand each other. They help each other understand what is lacking and how to work on it. Seniors push Juniors to develop and enhance their skills both soft and technical skills.

I only have a small problem that compensation is a bit less than what we expect.

It's good experience to work with. The work life balance, company culture work satisfaction and more where perfectly aligned where I couldn't see any hindrance while working as hr intern. Thankful for the supportive people and management.

What I dislike about the company is there are no compensation benefits, apart from this there is no TL structure.
