Horrible Policy -- Now a days those policy making for crushing the employees. Every time deduction in salary without pre- information to employees. Absence of future goals, poor management skills, volatile decision, unwanted meetings, Helpless Manager, lot of work pressure.

Dislikes

There is a lot of politics & the management doesn't address our issues. Career growth is slow & management expected employee can work on free of cost basis, without any facility as well as best schemes for employees.

Accurate Engineering is TPI company in quality field. The working environment in this company is good.

...om technical field, so absence of work attention. No special training available. Career growth has poor also salary. Limited learning and innovative concept. Work life balance has poor.

I like accurate manufacturing is measuring instruments then help of my knowledge increase and help of future. Thank you.

Not technically training and growth is slow,Ot work 8 hours and pay 6 hour, I don't like this system.

In accurate engineering, new beginners and freshers can do best work for comapny, lots of opportunity for news begineer for industrial areas.

Some times company manegement elders emoloyers not satisfied for there work and salary increment.

They got poor management over their employees, the middle mangers can do whatever they want, with the employees,

The communication in the company is worst, there is no direct communication .. Don't get into middle man . It's just a manpower agency.. Worst place to get hire
