Was working for ACE voice, process is run by an incompetent manager, who has got 2 leads as her puppets. Have seen people being terminated for silly reasons just because the manager had personal issues with them. Unnecessary pressure from team leads. Partial team leads manipulating KRA data to maximise incentives for their favorites. Good company but the worst process to work at and worst manager(curly haired) and TLs to work under.

Even though they call it a captive center and part of accurate USA however the treatment you get is as similar to a BPO. management is willing to spend on my parties and celebration however do not spend on their infrastructure. A typical BPO mindset with a bare minimum input wants the maximum output

I really enjoy working with Accurate Background as the leadership team is very transparent about the organization goals and encourages employee feedback. And flexibility, work life balance, company standards are always been maintained.

Best company to work, and the management my is really good except few people's. Company culture is really good and the transportation services is best.

I didnt liked anything about company one of the worst company office with poor management headed by shreejith gopi, amar shinde, yaqub shaikh ..its not a company its a brothal ...terrible experience working here..soon this company will shutdown

Everything is dislikable ..nothing good only worst...they give career destroying threats to employees if they dont join their group or want to get separate from jobs. Even if you apply for job they will personally call and tell other companies dont take this enployee
