Help me with in hand salary

Hi All, I'm so much confused in calculating my in hand salary by excluding the variable pay. Anyhow variable pay will have 30% tax directly on it. So by excluding If I calculate my monthly inhand using old and as well as new regime of 2025. I don't know which one to choose and which is best for me. Currently 80C is 1.5lakhs and 80D is 50k and Rent paid was around 75k help me to calculate in hand as per the above assumptions

Pune based start up with 2-3 product based application and mostly they serve in service base. Team of around 15-17 Developers and total team is 25 if includes designer and tester. Celebrate festivals

...t of your salary. No PF account. Alternate sat off Compulsary work from office Salary pay is very low, and increments are also slow and less compared to market standards. Major work load on developers as they have to work as BA, Tester, Designer, Coder, connect with client for requirements. And still payment is low and they ask to perform more.
