There are a lot of things like you will have to beg for your salary at a point of time this is very disrespectful for an employee who has worked for a month and now begging like an idiot. For cost cutting they do not have any HRs(qualified ones). Just some random cousin is sitting as an HR. If the office boy is not there they will ask you to clean utensils(yes, seriously). No values of their words they just say things but when it comes to fulfil that they will ignore you. Job security zero one random day you will get a call and you’ll be asked not to come to the office the next day without any proper reasons. If they don’t start liking you they will pack your employment up. So better look for some other company because they have their backup ready always. And they won’t admit the problem with them they will always blame the employees.

Have seen few good things here when I joined in, good team and good work culture. MD Mr. Nick sir, is an inspiring and cool person.

Dislikes

Commitments from management are as per mood of them, they do promise lot of things at the time of joining or if they have work for employee, but never fulfills them fully. The culture and reputation is almost destroyed and so demoralizing for every one working there due to the increasing list of cons here. The worst part is the relatives involved in the company routine operations and make miser decisions to save pennys, it includes a sr. person who creates unnecessary chaos in office and the real shit is so called HR who may be was fired from previous job or may lefted job due to incompetency, what ever she do, do it in most incompetent and lowest quality way and always against the rights of employees. System here make the employees roaming for their concerns, koi nai sunta, kuch farak nai padta kisi ko bhai. Managers are too not helpful and they are overpowered everytime, thanks to constant changing policy by HR. Bhai kuch bi naya change kar dete h apni convenience ke hisab se. or sabse jada maje ki baat ki saare rules sirf non relatives par applicable h, HR jo rules banati h wo hi rules ko follow nai karti, this funny thing do happens almost everday and no one from management questions or check this, kya example set kar rhe h bhai ye log sabke liye. The culture of company is been worsening everyday with this. IMO no one in company is happy and agrees with this behavior of management and primarily with behan ji HR wali. Even final settlement and relieving documents ke liye bhi rula dete h ye log. Serious improvements are required here, and please treat all peoples working for company equally, policies are for good sake of company not to modify things for favoring any person. Management need to improve policies and culture considering and understanding aspects of peoples working there, not on one sided conversations.

I lost my job and just join an Accounts NextGen and I glad to join because they support me in this lockdown and they give us full salary with no deduction and Seniors also help you and even if you are facing any kind of issue with your work even your personal life talk with your seniors or Nick Bhalla he also stand for our team member for any kind of help
