Salary Negotiation in an interview
Hi, I have had a first round of interview with the company. And mentioned my salary expectations as 15- 20% from my previous LPA. But after that I feel like I have undervalued my expectations. Being in the field for 9 years with the required skill, considering the market and the prospect company is a well known builder, i should have asked more. Anyway a face to face interview is scheduled next week. How to ask them a higher salary from what I have mentioned earlier. And how much I can ask more. Please help. Thanks in advance.

The culture they follow in a workplace is like adamant and not easy for life and work balance, and they don't make a static commitment with employees. Management is eaglizing employee in every action like not even let them use mobile phones.

I took a course of Java Full stack Developer in Accord. It is a six month course. we have hybrid mode(online/offline).Offline is better to learn and easy to interact and also lab also we can used .Staff provided task daily .If any queries related task we can clear the doubt in lab also. I get more knowledge from basic to advanced. If we have completed any stream or any year we also have opportunity to learn in this institution and also get Placement and also have library facilities. If any Queries about placement, placement officers gives a solution.

Actually i took a course of advanced java and Software testing...The coaching was very good..actually..Nancy mam was very resourceful and good at handling students..If you are a csc background and recenty passed out like 21,22,23 i strongly recommend you attend a course there..you may get multiple job opportunities frequently...for others like me who are of other departments like civil,mech...and early passed outs like 18,19,2020... opportunities are very less compared to previous...but opportunities are there anyway..but you have to work way harder than the others....to get placed in the institute
