Confused about Salary negotiations
CTC - 8 LPA Loc - Bengaluru, India I have been working in the same company for the last 5 years. My salary went from 3.6 LPA to 8 LPA over the years. I recently put papers, and, started giving interviews. I got an offer from TCS for 15 LPA(12.8 fixed). For more than a month, I've been giving interviews, asking for 18 LPA and many HRs are rejecting straight away, citing it is more than 100% hike from my current CTC. I kept trying and now I am selected for 5 companies - Iris Software, Capgemini, Quantzig Analytics, PwC, HCL, Infinite. Salary discussions are about to start and I'm confused. I'm not good at this. Can anyone suggest?

Salary on time. Pickup drop facility.

Dislikes

No work life balance . They treat employees like slave. No proper work culture also poor work environment. Few old employs/Managers are misbehaving . This is not a good company to work please think twice before joining this company.

The salary offered to the technical team is very good. The latest technological tools & systems are in place so that you can do the best work. Lots of good initiatives. Free evening snacks as well as dinner when working from the office. Annual festival bonus apart from the salary. Transport facilities for commuting to the office. Child-care reimbursement facility for working parents.

There seems to be a lack of transparency regarding policies. The product team holds a lot of influence and sometimes makes unreasonable demands. Work from Home opportunity has ruined the work-life balance with people expected to be on call at any time of the day. Average work hrs could easily go to 11-12 hrs.
