No work life balance . They treat employees like slave. No proper work culture also poor work environment. Few old employs/Managers are misbehaving . This is not a good company to work please think twice before joining this company.

Work life balance in good. But there is no salary structure in the company which is horrible. Salary offered as compared to market standards is low.

The salary offered to the technical team is very good. The latest technological tools & systems are in place so that you can do the best work. Lots of good initiatives. Free evening snacks as well as dinner when working from the office. Annual festival bonus apart from the salary. Transport facilities for commuting to the office. Child-care reimbursement facility for working parents.

Dislikes

There seems to be a lack of transparency regarding policies. The product team holds a lot of influence and sometimes makes unreasonable demands. Work from Home opportunity has ruined the work-life balance with people expected to be on call at any time of the day. Average work hrs could easily go to 11-12 hrs.

This company has good teammates,training,job security,career growth,travel,learning,work environment,innovation etc.i love the fact that I am a part of the team .

No such particular dislike, however if the competition structure had been strong in 2013 would not have switched.
