Before 2020 management and staffs are very good and supportive, lot of learing at work place. But after 2020 Acciona India management very worst worst.... specially senior management.

Dislikes

After 2020 new MD and O and M heads come, no safety at work places violating safety rules to show their performance to spain HQ, who joined in 2016 indirectly torchuring them and employees himself putting resignation and preferring their native places candidates.

Even after got relieved they are not giving the f&f amount and they are not responding properly. Very much unsatisfied with the management and toxic environmental situation. Worst phase of life

There is no career growth, Salary & appraisal is bad last 3 years, There is very less opportunities for training, more politics in company including the salaries & appraisals whoever favors of them they are got/getting more hikes in salaries/offers.

with the help of our client, acciona has allowed us to stay at the location where we work. so acciona has provided a safe place without interaction with many people and the main thing we continue our work so in this kind of situation we still get pay.
