...eat you like school kids. They don't even give a farewell and just end your day. Very bad compensation. They would circulate mails to give gifts but without informing employees they will cancel it also. They would never appreciate or compensate for your work. They will not provide outings to employees, and without informing they will cancel.

Salary was good as it was new company so they started paying high

They strictly follow hire and fire policy, once your project is over you are in high risk, there are plenty who have been fired the same way.
