Job security, salary on time, appraisal is to good compering to other medical billing company, but people feel like access Healthcare is pressure on work, they give salary best in industry so we need to work for salary, and it's simple based on TL and managers, not blame for entire access Healthcare, I work for almost 7 years I joined as fresher and relieved as TL. Salary was my biggest concern otherwise it's a good company

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

he salary is relatively low, and the appraisal process could be improved. Additionally, there are no annual or quarterly bonuses, which is a downside. However, overall, I am having a positive experience.
