No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.
They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.
Very worst company culture on my tenure. I worked for my project for 2 years hospital billing. When I applied for IJP after 1 year they reject me without even consideration because my team leads and delivery manager not liked me.
... benefits and positions they enjoyed but management punishment only given to me. I got very less package even second year I did not even get 15k. During my tenure on Access, I helped many colleague's to complete the targets so that's the only reason that project there.
