They are wholely discriminating other non tamilian people and some uncultured behaviour in work premises by the employees of course this may be depends on the consented individuals but definitely that is not appropriate in work environment. Team leaders and users and even managers are pleased to talk non sense with each other it surely involves such kind of romantic ideas they discuss publicly.

What ever the employee works. If they extend the shift hours and work also. they won't recognise. In case we relieved with proper reliving they won't accept the X employee there again they will put rehire No. I don't know what concept they having. Any ways 🙏

Actually I wanna give negative stars for Work satisfaction, Salary benefits, work life balance, and Company culture 👎👎👎 Just a worst company with full of negativity and mental pressure. No market revision on salary for existing employees. Most the employees are moving out half heartedly only because of salary concerns. Access can gain more loyal and stabilized employees if a market revision on salary was provided. This can be done atleast for the employees who work for more than 5+ years.
