Job security, salary on time, appraisal is to good compering to other medical billing company, but people feel like access Healthcare is pressure on work, they give salary best in industry so we need to work for salary, and it's simple based on TL and managers, not blame for entire access Healthcare, I work for almost 7 years I joined as fresher and relieved as TL. Nothing to like...worst company ever I saw.. company focusing on revenue only..not on employee.

...me..but not guaranteed to drop in home...so don't join by name of the company... experience and fresher both same target but salary is different.. if u not met target, compelling to extend and work and go by self service only...if u not extend the shift they Mark it as full day LOP....they promised to pay take home 21,000rs....but they provided only 18,000rs...they not responding employees query...

I never seen any company like access healthcare in this pandemic there is no salary deduction and no issue at all i really like to rejoin in access.
