Ur dislike depends upon the team lead and manager, ER is totally waste. Please don't spend money on ER's. Some teams are not at all recognised. Lot and lots of politics who is superior. They don't listen to what Employees says. They make you do work by saying they give you some posting at last they cheat you TL's and manager's themselves select a person at last and make them everything and give them the posting.

Salary was my biggest concern. I did not get enough help from my colleagues I mean the other team leaders. They speak behind my back a lot especially Arun S from foxtrot team in coimbatore. Sathish was my manager and he never helps anyone but takes credits for everything which is not okay for any employee.

They have very difficult projects for working and there's so much of work pressure everyday which is increasing day by day. Even I feel insecure about my job everyday.

he salary is relatively low, and the appraisal process could be improved. Additionally, there are no annual or quarterly bonuses, which is a downside. However, overall, I am having a positive experience.

Only 1 thing in my entire tenure with Pacific, I have got my salary on times.

Politics games by sup & managers, they don't appreciate your hard work, appraisal is avg, recommendation by managers played a huge role in IJP, if you have a buttering nature then you can sustain and succeed with the company expect everything is just a good for nothing.
