Salary disparity among same level employees Promotions are based on your bonding with TL and internal corporate politics. Gender inequality Female colleagues are not provided with that much opportunities as compared to male employees. Favouritism is there. No improvement on employee feedbacks. Monotonous work No skills development

The salary and compensations are good due to this company belongs to Amex.

Dislikes

There's no equal opportunities to grow up 'cause the vp and high leves on Chicago permit many abuses from managers to analysts. Accertify manages a different culture than Amex where only the Manager decides his own bad strategies on this area. Red flags here. Bad manages are happening and the bosses are trusting on the Managers. Many conflict of interests! The customers are not obtained a good service!!!!

The only pros here is the salary part. They will try to compensate well and also provide food allowances until company gets moved to the new Accertify office (guess they will provide free food in the office.

Dislikes

1. You will be micro-managed for every single aspects like breaks, WFH, productivity(OPH) etc. 2. You will be mostly in night shifts for the entire year and the night shifts here are like hell. 3. The leader of other teams will also try to micro-manage you, making your work harder 4. You will not be allowed for any leaves from Oct till Dec as they have their Sale Season during these months. 5. Whenever you will make any mistake, the leaders will try to bring them in a safe position first using you as a bait. 6. Work culture is very toxic here 7. Very very strict policies for work from home.

Nothing to like about this freakin bad environment

They tricked us into joining the company and 3 months later announced their departure from amex. The manger still think they are some top shot but no work ethics or any shame in order to how manage the system. New batches are being hired from third party vendors who don't even know what they are doing Bad bad culture , as if bad management wasn't enough the new hiring ever since the separation is bad too

the work culture is very toxic , no work life balance, strict policies for wfh, no ethics , leaders and managers don't know how to manage the teams , politics ,learnings is zero, no growth opportunities , in emergency case also they don't provide wfh , the work environment is like a bpo leaders and managers treat the same .
