Work life balance. Work almost 13-14 hours a day to complete work which has little info and lot of ambiguity. Indirect push to do overtime at own expense. Onboarding should be way better. Very little information provided for working on developments. Measuring performance based on agile is not a good approach in a startup where majority of employees are new and unclear about requirements. Laying off about 15% of workforce without proper reason causes a feeling of insecurity among employees. Leading to toxic work environment. Work on your work life balance with sincere and honest interest in employee's mental health. Be aware of burnout warning signs. Do not normalize overtime.
